The Quilon Law Library offers different categories of membership based on the type of users.

A person who is enrolled in any Law program is eligible for this type of membership. The membership tenure extends only up to the completion of the course.
This type of membership suits the one who would like to visit the library solely for the purpose of reading. The tenure of the same is one year which has to be renewed if desired.
Any person who is interested in the aims and objectives of the library shall be given this membership. The membership shall be for a tenure of one year after which it has to be renewed.
This is for those who would like to take a lifelong membership.

The membership form provided by the library has to be duly filled in and submitted to the librarian along with the prescribed membership fee.

Applicants for membership are required to furnish the following documents:
At the time of membership, a refundable deposit of Rs.750 is collected as a security deposit.
It has to be remitted with the membership form.
Monthly /Annual Subscription fee is as follows preferably as a one-time payment.
Membership Card will be issued to each member on the completion of the admission procedure. The card has to be carried for each visit to the library.
No borrowing of Books will be done without the Card. The Card has to be produced whenever called for inspection by the library authority. This card is not transferable. In case of loss, it has to be intimated immediately to the librarian.
The user will be held responsible for any misuse of the Card before intimation. Duplicate Card will be issued on the payment of Rs.50 (fifty only).
